SLASH took a much needed break from the
record label issues and flew off to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. He
said he had so much fun! He was in the parades wearing his top hat
and lots of bead necklaces. Unfortunately, he only had leather clothes
along, and it was very hot in New Orleans. At one point he stopped in
a club whose doors to the street were open. There was a band playing,
and he jammed with them. He said people came pouring in off the street,
and the place was packed. Extra luggage was needed to bring home all
the souvenirs of necklaces, stuffed animals, cups and so on. OK, SLASH,
back to work!
