Kerrang! is on sale today in the UK.
One paragraph reports that SLASH is working on the GNR live album. The
SLASH page is cited as a source! The famous GNR "Dead" picture from
Illusions at left is reprinted.
SLASH and some of the Snakepit guys made a surprise appearance at a
Gilby Clarke show tonight. The venue was The Baked Potato in Los Angeles.
SLASH and Gilby played several songs together
reminding fans of the good old days of GNR. SLASH did some numbers
with Johnny G. and Ryan Roxie. Matt Laug was on hand to do the
drum honors. Eric Singer of Kiss also made an appearance. Gilby
and his band ran through some of his most popular backcatalog selections.
And ex-Snakepit vocalist Eric Dover stood in for a few songs, too!
