The studio equipment at the left is from
SLASH's Snakepit studio in California. He's been using equipment similar
to this in the mixing of the new album. Slash says all he has done is turn
knobs! So when they finish up some day's, he really wants to play his
guitar. SLASH and Rod Jackson went tonight to Alton Fig's place in NYC.
SLASH couldn't praise the band highly enough. Alton plays in David Letterman's
band, and SLASH got to know him when he appeared there twice in 1995. SLASH
said the band was so great he didn't have the heart to get up and jam when
he hasn't practiced for awhile. He is trying again next week. That must be
some band!
