E! is running a "True Hollywood Story" on "The Life and Death of Sam Kiniston". SLASH appears with a brief commentary on Sam. SLASH guested on Sam's video of "Wild Thing" as well as on two of Sam's albums. Sam was a brilliant comedian caught up in drugs and alcohol. He managed to get clean and get married. Returning from his honeymoon, his car was struck headon by a pickup truck; and Sam Kiniston died by the highway there. A sad ending for one of the best and brightest comedians. The show airs on E! on December 7 and 8.

SLASH appears on MTV's "Top 100 Greatest Videos Ever Made" tonight at 8 pm eastern time. He will be one of several artists hosting the show - introducing videos and commenting on the video format in general. SLASH filmed this while he was in New York working on the new album. He appears all week, Dec. 6-Dec. 11. The final show on Saturday begins at noon eastern time. There are three GNR videos on the list: "Welcome to the Jungle", "Sweet Child O'Mine" and "November Rain".
