Make a bunch of noise and crap when you need to... grab some
feedback in there at places, improv and make it your own 
version like Slash did, but keep the jist with this layout.
Hit the leading note a few extra times, that's what Slash does, 
but really feel the power in those "I DON'T"s and just mess around
with it like I said, but stick to this most importantly.
